If you have dental insurance, we will do all that we can to ensure your benefits are being used to your best advantage. To make your life easier, we will file with all major insurance carriers. We participate with Delta Dental Premier Insurance and Anthem Insurance. As a courtesy to our patients, we will promptly and efficiently process insurance claims electronically and verify your benefits for you. If this is your first visit, please bring any necessary insurance information with you. Any uncovered expenses can be covered by the above list of payment options.
